FILIPINO STARBURST

Our Starburst design accents the North Star amidst star clusters of all sizes and formations. The North Star represents direction, guidance, stability and purpose due to its fixed position relative to the other stars. Starbursts are held together through self-gravitation, a metaphor for the power of collective will and direction. Lastly, the Starburst hats that don versions of the Malaysian or Philippines sun and crescent moon are a nod to earlier ideals around Malay unity (see Maphilindo).
